| 3 to 4 cups all purpose flour...mix about 15 minutes... |
| aallllll day!!... |
| here we go...take your dough...form to your pan... |
| tonite...1/2 margherita...1/2 olives and capers... |
| generous sauce...(my homemade sauce i pulled from the freezer)... |
| nice sprinkle of parmesan...in the oven...450 degrees...about 20 minutes... time to eat!!... |
| the perfect size...and color!!!....a few fresh herbs... |
| a little pinot grigio... |
| a little extra sauce... |
| the sourdough crust??...that's a WHOOOLLE different post...did things a little different...by MISTAKE!!....for the record...the BEST crust i've made to date!!... |

Really?!?!?!?! How in the world can it get better...each and every time???? Pizza has to be on the menu this week for sure...it just looks fantastic!!!!!!! Bet the house smelled great, too!!! :) Nice end to a good shopping trip!
