ok...super excited for tonite's menu...PIZZA!!...yah...yah...yah...i know...however...this is definitely NOT a typical jules style....tonite...a grilled pizza with...mozzarella...fresh tomatoes...smoked bacon...and EGGS!!...yep...that's what i said...EGGS!...topped with fresh herbs...

fresh dough...2 cups sourdough starter...1/4 cup honey...4 pinches kosher salt...and 3 to 4 cups of flour...in the kitchen aid...let rise...you know how long...allll day...

as i said...mozzarella...fresh tomato...smoked bacon...eggs...and fresh basil and rosemary...

ok...form your dough to your pan...out to the grill!...now...WITH OUT YOUR INGREDIENTS ON...cook one side of your dough...flip it over on your pan...THEN...start adding your ingredients...cheese...tomato...bacon...

oooh yah...the eggs!...now...just leave it on the grill until your eggs are cooked...any way you like...i like mine sunny side up!...

THE RUNNY EGG!!!!...i'm totally into this egg thing...first on the burger...now on my pizza!!...julesalicious!!...i just made that up!...that's going in my dictionary..;)
